1976 Ford F250 4x4 Crew Cab — Bahama Blue

This stunning 1976 Ford F250 Crew Cab is a perfect example of how we combine classic Ford styling with modern capability, performance, and comfort at Classic Crew Cabs.

What makes this truck particularly special is its original Bahama Blue factory paint, preserving decades of history and character. While the exterior retains its original finish, nearly every other aspect of this truck underwent a complete nut-and-bolt restoration and transformation.

Originally built as a two-wheel-drive truck, this F250 was converted to four-wheel drive using modern Ford Super Duty axles, providing improved strength, braking, and drivability.

Under the hood sits a customer-supplied 12-valve Cummins turbo diesel, backed by a heavy-duty manual transmission and NP205 transfer case. While the engine itself was supplied by the customer and was not rebuilt by our shop, the remainder of the truck received an extensive restoration and modernization.

Inside, the truck features a beautifully restored OEM-style blue interior, maintaining the authentic appearance of a 1970s Ford while incorporating modern conveniences. Upgrades include Vintage Air climate control, a RetroSound audio system, Dakota Digital instrumentation, and a complete American Autowire wiring harness, along with numerous other custom improvements throughout the build.

The result is a unique blend of originality and modern engineering. By preserving the factory paint while completely restoring and upgrading the chassis, interior, and countless other components, we created a truck that tells its original story while delivering an entirely new driving experience.
